Participants will assess their goals, habits, and fitness levels during a one-week preparation program. Then, Angela will guide the group through a rigorous lifestyle program that will help engage their metabolisms and take the first step toward Clean & Lean physiques. In addition to shedding inches, participants will also manage internal health with foods that cut down inflammation, support liver health, and boost metabolic activity by shifting towards a predominantly plant based diet. This program offers flexible plans that match all lifestyles; with "No Cook" and "Adventuresome Cook" meal plans that tailor diets to differing kitchen abilities.
